Hi Lena,
Thanks again for reaching out! What spreadsheet program are you using to open the .csv file? There seems to be some odd issue with German versions of Microsoft Excel. If you open the .csv with Google Sheets, for example, do you have the same issue?
– Craig
Hi Craig
I use english Excel, latest version Office 365. I wish not to open it with Google Sheets. And I don´t even know how to open it with Google Sheets when I have downloaded the .csv to my desktop.
Hello again!
Sorry for a delay but I’m having a hard time reproducing this one.
What is the exact format you are using for the registration date? And just to confirm again, if you remove the comma from the registration date format, everything works normally?
Hello again, no worries…
I download the CSV and I want to convert text to columns in my Excel. Correct, if I delete the comma sign between the date and time stamp all is fine. But if I don´t, for exemple the column for First Name, shows the time stamp. Are you saying I can change this somewhere in the settings?
You understand how I mean?
Hey again,
I’m going to change the code so that there won’t be a comma. I’ll release an update next week! It should fix the issue for you.
Thanks a lot 🙏
So greatful for your help!
But you could use a : or ; instead of a , if that helps.
Hi Lena,
I ended up just removing the comma as I figured this would be the safest. If you update to the latest version this should be fixed. Let me know if you need more help though!
Great! Now it all looks and works fine.
Thanks a lot for your help!
