Your the second person to report this.
I initially thought it was an issue upgrading from an older version. I didn’t put a huge amount of priority into it because I would need to access the users blog. They didn’t reply with a login.
It sounds more like a bug that can effect anyone. Making this a priority and something I’ll look at today.
Watch out for a new version soon hopefully. Problem is I’ve not seen this fault myself and I’ve also just worked on the plugin with a fresh installation of WP.

I have not been able to recreate this issue.
That usually means it is a conflict with another plugin or the plugins package isn’t correct.
I will release a new version soon and ensure the repository has the correct files. If you could quickly disabled all plugins and establish if it allows CSV 2 POST menu to be displayed that would be a help.
Thank you for the replies, I have tried deactivating all other plugins without success. The other report might be me too, as I replied on an older post with a similar problem. I will look forward to your new version and hope this will solve my problem.

I just had the same issue. However, I have another WP instance on the same server. Installing it there was not a problem.
I am the only admin on both the sites…
