To change the background colour of the close button highlighted square box, you need to ensure they’ve selected this icon style from Hustle > Slide-Ins > Select Slide-Ins > Appearance > Customise Elements > Close Icon > Icon Style > Close icon with square box, or you can refer to the screenshot:

If you want the background color of the close button red and icon color as white, then navigate to Hustle > Slide-Ins > Select Slide-Ins > Appearance > Colors > Custom > Close button “Icon background color” change it to red and click on focus tab and choose the color button color as white or you can refer to the screenshot: https://monosnap.com/file/EoXUlr1JLR0ZpvcGuouz3wrLu1G65A
