Critical Error

Every time I click on WP Table builder in the side menu I get “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. “

Here are the details I get in the admin email:

Prior to the latest update I was unable to duplicate any tables, I just got a blank screen. I saw someone else had a problem and I added to their ticket, but we never got a reply.

I have used the troubleshooter plugin, there is not a conflict. I have also thoroughly cleaned my database using Advanced DB Cleaner, but the issue persists.

Everything is up to date. Please tell me how I can resolve this problem.

Thanks for reaching out, and I’m really sorry that you’re facing this issue.

Can you confirm if you’ve deleted any taxonomies or table-related post types recently? Sometimes this happens if the plugin tries to fetch taxonomy terms that no longer exist or were removed via a cleanup plugin like Advanced DB Cleaner.

No, I hadn’t done anything on the site for a while. I may have since the error, as I was trying to troubleshoot any way I could, and that included cleaning up the DB. The plugin actually hasn’t worked for a month or so. I responded to another ticket that the screen was blank when I tried to duplicate a table, but it was never answered.

This is still causing a critical error. Two other people have said they have the same problem, but their posts have been deleted. My client needs this functionality for weekly updates. Please let me know where you stand on getting this fixed.
