After the last update, the site is completely in critical error mode.
Even WordPress emails haven’t reached me!
I had to completely disable WooCommerce to regain access to the back office.
    Error detected:
[26-Aug-2025 19:23:11 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Exception: Invalid order IDs in call to read_multiple() in /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/src/Internal/DataStores/Orders/OrdersTableDataStore.php:1316

    Please help !

    Hi @charlyaes32,

I know how worrying it can be to see a critical error on your site. That kind of disruption is never fun, especially when it locks you out of your site.

The error message suggests WooCommerce is trying to load orders using invalid or missing IDs, possibly due to a corrupted entry or a plugin/theme conflict. Here are a few steps you can try:

    • Temporarily disable all plugins except WooCommerce to check for conflicts, then reactivate them one by one: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.
    • Switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Four to rule out theme-related issues.
    • Clear any object or page caches, and use a plugin like WP Crontrol to clear scheduled actions.
    • Review any custom code that interacts with orders, especially anything using read_multiple(), to ensure valid order IDs are being passed.
    • Since disabling WooCommerce restored access, consider manually reinstalling it from a fresh download after backing up your site.

If the issue persists, please share your findings. I’d also like to understand your site properly. Please share your System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here. You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

Let us know how it goes!
