Can this plugin be used to create webhooks?
I need to create webhooks for AmazonSES to send email notifications for issues with sending emails, bounces etc,
Can this plugin do that ?

Hi @lordsnake !

Yes. This plugin has the ability to send any webhooks, but only in the Pro version.

Automator supports sending data to a webhook from your WordPress site with the free version and receiving webhooks on your site with the Pro version.
