Creating multiple menu with categoreis

I want to create batch of menus with multiple Categories -Subcategories –Sub-subcategories.Tried Dragging dropping takes lot of time.so problem is if i have eyeglass and eye-care as category then under eye-care i have subcategory: black;sub subcategory :glass.Need to create large number of menu with above combination will take ages.Also I would like to know on live server if I encrypt wordpress-plugin directories may be using zendesk ………will it take updates . Working on it……… theme storefront/ woocommerce want to create separate menu for each categories and its child.
