Could you please let us know which version of WordPress you have installed on your site?
We have tested ThumbPress with WordPress version 6.9.4 as well as the WordPress 7.0 beta version and it is working properly on our end. The issue may be due to a plugin or theme conflict or a server-related configuration.
Before reinstalling the plugin we recommend:
- Please ensure your theme and all plugins are fully up to date
- Try temporarily disabling other plugins to check for any conflicts
- If possible please test the plugin on a staging site first
If the issue happens again please also share:
- Your PHP version
- Active theme and plugin list and version of those plugin
- Any error message or debug log (if available)
