    Hi, Newest update Version 2.7.0 (2026-01-19) caused a fatal error on our site and everything crashed. I had to restore a backup with an older version to get it to work again as the recovery mode did not work. What do I do now? Looks like it’s not only me that has this problem.

    We do have premium license but I can not log in as the person with the login info are no longer in our company.

    To resolve the issue, you need to deactivate the premium version of the plugin that you are currently using and install the latest one available on our website (v1.3.0).

    If you had a freemius account created with a valid license key, you can reach out to our team via – https://themeisle.com/contact to get access to latest version of Woody premium. Alternatively, if you don’t use premium version, then you can deactivate and use the free version without any issues.

    Also, answering your questions, in order to use pro features of woody you need to activate the premium version of the plugin alongside the free version .

    Thank you for the reply.
    I can not contact your team as I do not have any login info as the person on our company that had this is no loger here, and there is no contact form on the contact page. I have both the premium and free version activated and I see a license key on our page. Is there any other way to contact the team, or could they contact me?

    Why isn’t this handled directly by Woody Premium? Why wasn’t this an automatic update?

    UPDATE: I hadn’t realized that the support team had replied to me directly via my new email address – which is actually above and beyond! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    I got the help I needed from the support team. Thank you for excellent support!
    But as @varsitysports writes, it would have been great if it was just released a new automatic update.
