Cpanel error log / php fatal error

Hi,

My website is loading super slow. I have optimized photos, installed W3 cache, deleted all unnecessary plugins and media. Also reinstalled all the plugins and installed them back. Nothing worked. I have elementor and astra.

 

Cpanel error log says this:
