Please note that in Masteriyo v1.10.1 and Divi v4.25.1, some of the formatting done in the backend Course Description text editor, doesn’t show on the front.
We have tried the classic editor to replicate the issue according to your setup, but the problem is not replicating in our testing environment. We have found different div structures when applying CSS codes to decimals, bullet points, etc. For your confirmation, please check this screenshot: https://tinyurl.com/28nakdxe.
The HTML and CSS formatting seems affected by your third-party recourses. Could you please verify this by deactivating your plugins one after another? If this also does not help, we recommend trying the block editor feature from your Dashboard >> Masteriyo >> Settings >> Editor >> Choose Block editor >> Save the setting and reload the window.
Please note that you didn’t read my topic’s description.
Again: Please note that in Masteriyo v1.11.1 and Divi v4.25.1, some of the formatting done in the backend Course Description text editor, doesn’t show on the front.
This issue happens only when you use the DIVI THEME. So it’s a theme incompatibility issue.
If I revert to the default Twenty Twenty-Four theme, it works fine.
We have fixed the issue and released the update. Now, maybe you will get spacing issues in bullet point text format. If you face such problems, please let us know, and we will provide you with the custom CSS code as a temporary fix.
