    Hello,

    Quick question: what countries are you including in the aggregation? I see that, for example Russia (/ru/) an Ukraine (/ua/) are missing.

    Hi Daniel,

    Thanks for using my plugin! I took the standard list of country codes, and removed the ones that iTunes returned an error for. I checked the list, and Russia (ru) and Ukraine (ua) are included.

    Sometimes iTunes can time out when checking for reviews and not return all of the results each time. If, after a couple of checks, it’s not returning reviews that you know are there, please give me the iTunes URL that you’re using and I’ll look into it.

    Thanks for the response Doug!

    I have installed the plugin several weeks ago, and these reviews have not come in even once (I tried manual refreshes too, to the same effect), so it does seem to be a somewhat systemic issue. It would indeed be great if you could take a look at what is going on. I will send you the links to you @efficientwp.com email.
