Cookie policy loaded without Javascript support

    Dear Complianz Team,
    I am using your plugin on several websites with similar/same plugins and settings. On one of the websites the cookie policy states that it wasn’t loaded with Javascript support:
    “7.1 Manage your consent settings
    You have loaded the Cookie policy without Javascript support. Under AMP, you can use the consent button at the bottom of the page.”
    Comparing this website with other, similar ones, did not give me a clue. I checked this forum and read about REST API issues related to security plugins. I use Limit Login Attempts Reloaded and WPS Hide Login on my websites. With the same settings, the one website has no Javascript errors, but the one mentioned above does. I can’t change any Javascript settings in both plugins. I have also disabled both plugins, but then the message in the cookie policy remains…
    Do you have any idea what could cause this Javascript issue, and how to solve it?

    P.S. Is it intended, that the cookie banner does not show at the bottom of the cookie policy page?

    Thank you for reaching out.

    I indeed see the error, and when I open the console, I notice a JSON error causing this issue, here’s a screenshot: https://prnt.sc/f6VwaMM30HVm. Could you also share with us the list of the installed plugins?
    Please note that the REST API can’t be limited only with security plugins but also with caching plugins for example, so it might be useful to check out that too.

    Alternatively, you can reach out directly to us through our ticketing system on our website so we can have a closer look at the issue.
