    Greetings from CookieYes!

    Could you please let us know which version of the plugin you are using? Kindly note that shortcodes are only applicable in the legacy version of our plugin (3.0.0 and below). In the latest versions, which integrate with our SaaS platform, shortcodes are not supported.
