The cookie bar is enabled like I stated in my opening message.

Please share a screenshot similar to the 3rd one above from the Customise Cookie Bar tab showing the full content in the Message field. Alternatively, you can copy and share the content directly as well.

Thanks for sharing. We have checked the snippet in the screenshot, but couldn’t find any issues. As such, let’s check if any plugin or theme is conflicting with our plugin style.
Please try switching the site theme to any of the WordPress default ones and see if that solves the issue. If so, we can confirm it’s a theme issue. Likewise, try disabling all other plugins in the site one by one to see if any of them is conflicting with ours.
Revert to us with results.
