CONTRIBUTOR can PUBLISH

    Hello,

    I just discovered a troubling issue, i don’t know if this is the new WordPress set or not but CONTRIBUTOR can actually PUBLISH a post even if it’s status is set draft or pending review it shows PUBLISH button.

    Yes i have deactivated all plugins same issue.
