Sorry to hear about the authentication issue!
There are a few different things that could be happening but in order for me to troubleshoot it, I will need to the following information:
- Browser
- Browser version
- Operating system
Once I have that, I will be able to figure out the issue and provide a solution.

I’m not sure a widget-based solution is right for this website (and I had already switched to a different plugin by the time you replied to this), but I do maintain websites for several churches so I’m very interested in your service and in this plugin. Thanks!
