Contact form hacked?

    When opening the contact form, a random name, email and phone number is displayed in the contact form. The form is created with latest free plugin of kali forms. I could not find any problem with my wordpress site. How to find and rectify this issue?

    I wasn’t able to replicate the issue on my end, so I’ll need a bit more information to help troubleshoot it further.

    Could you let me know whether you’re logged in when the random data appears, and if the issue happens across different browsers or devices? Also, are you using any caching plugins or server-side?
