Contact Form 7 Still Broken

Almost 6 weeks ago, I started a support ticket to get Contact Form 7 working again with CleanTalk. Apprently, the ticket got closed, but we still cannot submit contact forms unless the CleanTalk plugin is deactivated. I’ve had to deactivate it on our live site because we have had too many phone complaints about not being able to contact us.

So on our development site, the contact form is still broken. https://new.gci.org/contact-us/

I simply cannot submit the form. It just gives an error. If I deactivate CleanTalk, the error goes away.
