Constant Contact Integration

Hi all,

We are setting up CF7 expressly for Constant Contact Newsletter signup, but cannot get it to work. We have integrated CF7 and CC successfully using the API key and secret. We have not set up WP Mail SMTP, however. Is it necessary to get the plugin to work with the Constant Contact API?
