    Hi there!

    I have been using this great plugin for many years. Just recently my site has been migrated and I noticed that since I have been getting SMTP error messages. So I logged in wordpress to check the settings again. Nothing seems to have changed, everything seems to be correct. However when sending a test email, I receive a “Connection refused” error.

    Could you please point me in the right direction as how to fix this issue?

    Thank you for reaching out to our Support team. We are saddened and concerned that you have to face this issue. Since you are using Other SMTP connection, I would highly recommend you updating your credentials in Post SMTP Settings> Connection tab.

    Also, from the Connectivity test report check for the Sockets in the top 3, if they are open & available.

    I believe that updating the settings will resolve your issue. However, if issue persists feel free to reach out to me.
