I don’t see Jetpack currently working on that site, so something may have happened during the initial install.
Would you be able to try the following exact steps for me?
1. Deactivate your Jetpack plugin by heading to Plugins > Installed Plugins and finding “Jetpack by WordPress.com.”
2. Completely uninstall Jetpack.
3. Reinstall the newest version of Jetpack.
4. Activate Jetpack.
5. In Jetpack > Dashboard > Connections > “Manage site connection,” Click the “Set up Jetpack” button and continue through the approval process.
If that doesn’t help, can you try deactivating all of your plugins and then repeating these steps? Thanks!
