Hi. Can you explain how I can create conditional ticket fields? For example, if someone chooses a value from a drop-down, then a new mandatory field is exposed, otherwise it is not exposed and not mandatory. Thank you.

    Hi Samchad,

You can easily create a conditional ticket field with the help of a code snippet. Please see this article for a detailed picture -> https://wsdesk.com/conditional-dropdowns-wsdesk-code-snippet/

If you have any doubts while setting up the conditional ticket fields, feel free to get back to us.

    Happy to help 🙂

the problem with this solution is that you have put <br> breaks between each of the fields instead of using CSS. So if you have 10 fields that you want to hide, then you have 10 breaks until the next visible box, which looks terrible.

Anybody else facing this problem should remove the <br> on line 202 of wsdesk-premium/views/shortcodes/crm_support_new.php
