Conditional logic question

Is there a way to have a “Not Equal” or “Greater than One” setting in the Condition statement. I see how to set a field condition to empty or to a specific value with the “empty=” and “is=” respectively. But I don’t know how to get a “Not Equal” or “Greater than One” to work.
