Comments Control not working anymore

Trust you are doing good and sorry to know that you are experiencing this issue.

I have tested this on a test website from my end and can confirm that the Branda Comments Control module is functioning as expected. It successfully disabled the comment option during my testing. Additionally, we have not received any similar reports from other users so far.

Would it be possible for you to share a URL of the website where you observe the issue so that we can take a closer look at this?

Thank you for following up. As we replied there, the issue that you are noticing is related to a bug that has already been reported to the Branda Team. They will be releasing a fix for it soon. However, we can’t give an estimated time yet for the fix, but subscribing to our roadmap https://wpmudev.com/roadmap/ is a good way to be posted about upcoming versions, once they are released, it is going to be described at changelog found on https://wordpress.org/plugins/branda-white-labeling/#developers.

In the meantime, in case you wish to switch back to the comments module on Branda, you can downgrade the plugin to v3.4.24 where it is working as expected. You can download the previous versions from here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/branda-white-labeling/advanced/
