Combine scripts before minification [FEATURE REQUEST]

    Really miss the option to combine scripts before/after minification, as this really comes in hand when dealing with plugin dependencies.

    Besides this, we adopted Speed Booster Pack in production 4 months ago and it is working flawlessly.
