Code for table of content breaks layout

    This is a great free plugin! Just having a layout/code/style issue with one page, as you can see on the linked page, the Table of Contents page is dorked up. It looks like its being added in the wrong place in the template, but I can’t be sure if that’s the case. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
