You will get the Cloudfront option from the Media Storage to Cloud >> Settings >> Content Delivery Network URL

But in order to use Cloiudfront, you need to connect with Amazon S3 first from the Storages tab. After that go to Settings and select Amazon S3 as active Storage, and then you will get the option to enter CDN URL.
