    Hi,

1.) When I try to clear the cache via SG Optimizer, I get the following error: “There has been a critical error on this website.”
2.) When I open SG Optimizer (Environment) I get the following error: There has been a critical error on this website.
3.) I cannot delete the SG Optimizer plugin via Dashboard. All ftp folder rights are correctly set.
4.) I deleted the plugin manually, then reinstalled. But the error remains.

    Please advise.

    Hello @avviano,

I checked the matter and I am not able to recreate the error on my website which leads me to believe that it is related to the local environment.

What I can suggest would be to ensure that you are using the latest version of the Speed Optimizer plugin. I also recommend you check if your server is running a compatible PHP version and try enabling debug mode which can help in diagnosing the issue.

If you need any help and you have a SiteGround account, you can always reach our support team for further assistance on the matter.

    Best Regards,

As it turns out, this was a compatibility issue with WooCommerce and another 3rd party plugin. After deleting them, it worked again. Thank you.
