    Is there a way to set it, or is there a plug-in to support it, is there a different checkout method for each product?

    example:
    1. Allow a certain product to be the payment method of monthly subscription by credit card, and other products will not appear.
    2. Limited to a few products, cash on delivery cannot be used.

    You can use a plugin like Conditional Shipping and Payments to show/hide payment methods based on the product in cart.

    1. Allow a certain product to be the payment method of monthly subscription by credit card, and other products will not appear.

    You’d need another plugin like WooCommerce Subscriptions to create subscription products, and let Conditional Payments plugin to allow only credit card payment for subscription products.
