    Hi @avinashdigitl,

I can see you’re experiencing the endless loading spinner issue on your checkout page. This is a common problem where the payment methods section fails to load properly via AJAX. I’m also able to reproduce it on my side.

Based on your system status report, I notice a few things that could be causing this issue. Let me walk you through some troubleshooting steps:

    • Go to WooCommerce → Status → Logs and look for any Stripe-related errors (since you have Stripe logging enabled).
    • Also check your site’s error logs for any PHP errors
    • With 22 active plugins, there’s a good chance of conflicts. Try temporarily deactivating plugins one by one (except WooCommerce and Stripe) to see if the issue resolves. The conflict testing guide can help with this process.
    • Since you’re using a Divi child theme, try temporarily switching to a default theme like Storefront to see if the issue persists.
    • Clear all caches including browser cache, any caching plugins, and server-level caches.

Let me know what you find. Looking forward to your response.

    Here are the requested details:

We’re unable to disable any plugins or the theme directly on the live site, but we can perform testing on our staging environment instead. Could you please review the provided information and assist us further?

Thank you in advance for your help!

    Hi @avinashdigitl,

Thank you for sharing both the Stripe log and your System Status Report; I’ve reviewed them, and nothing unusual stands out in either.

Based on the screenshot you shared earlier showing the checkout section stuck on loading, this typically points to a JavaScript or AJAX conflict between plugins or with your theme. Since you mentioned you can’t perform tests on the live site, setting up a staging site is the best approach.

Once your staging environment is ready, please try a conflict test by:

    1. Switching temporarily to a default theme like Storefront.
    2. Deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and Stripe.
    3. Checking if the payment section loads correctly.

Additionally, while testing, open your browser’s Developer Tools → Console and Network tabs to check for any JavaScript errors or failed requests related to Stripe — these can help identify what’s blocking the payment section from loading.

Once you’ve tested, please share what you find so we can guide you further.
