• Had Updraft Vault Storage. Set plugin to retain ONE update. The storage filled because the plugin/vault kept making and keeping updates-then they charged my credit card another $70 for additional storage space. After that I got an email saying they were going to start deleting my files! I contacted support-they reviewed the log file and plugin settings and said everything was set up correctly to retain ONE backup. Why were multiple copies being kept? Why was I being charged for additional storage space I did not need?
    Crickets. Not a good experience. YOUR plugin should work properly with YOUR storage. If not-your support should be able to fix the problem. Maybe the plugin is OK-but stay stay away from their storage.

    Hi,

    Please can you tell us your username in our support system, or ticket number, or a purchase number, so that I look up your ticket to see what has happened? We are sorry for any negative experience and eager to improve. Note, though, that we have no system at all for automatically charging people for more storage if they fill their quota – storage can only be purchased by manual customer action. So something somewhere has been misunderstood. If you can give me the details I will be happy to investigate for you.
