Character encoding issue

    Installed version Version 1.3.6 on the latest version of WordPress.

    No errors on install but when selecting any of the plugin menu items receive a screen full of characters like the following:

    ���r�6��� ����)ɖ/�-�Ӻn����fw�N”! 5I0$(Y�|�~Bv�?����/”iK��df��”ppp�7*���߽�������S2��w��[��_��x��������p�x4�-X��h��@ؿ�D$ҥ��� ӘE���������Ha|��am��t�#ܸ��`��ƌ�G�+=�IJ�1�b&�V”��#+[K��m�’}��߾�O�R��D Y��N���Mg

    PHP Version is 5.6.

    Uninstalled and reinstalled with refresh download of plugin and still an issue.

    The issue is content encoding, the plugin is incompatible with how your server is gzipping output.
