The added field gets its unique meta_name in the database which cannot be edited.
Please remove this field and add it again with the same settings but with a changed label that will generate the correct meta_name.
Hello @tomaszwp, thank you so much for your reply. What about all Woocommerce orders that are in database linked with previous meta name? Won’t something happen to them if I delete the old meta value? Is there some way how we can change/correct them?

Good point. I thought it was a new field – the change of which will not have a major impact.
If the field is removed/disabled then the information about this field is removed/disabled from the order.
I am sorry but the plugin does not offer to change the field ID because a different ID means a different field.
