Change(s) saving doesnt work

Hi, I need a help with saving … whatever I do, the saving looks it works, but doesnt 🙁

E.g., I tried to add a footer socials, in preview it looks good, but after save there is no change 🙁

Same with a hero section, when I select e.g. Layout 1, in preview it is saved and displayed correctly, but after refresh, the changes are not processed.

I disabled all cahce plugins, deleted /cache/ directory, w/o any progress.

Have you some idea how to fix? Thank you.
