Changelog?

Why doesn’t this app have a current changelog? I thought I read somewhere it was now a requirement for the repo. Maybe not. Either way, it’s certainly helpful and I’d love to see one included to know what’s going on. It looks like the changelog hasn’t been updated since July 2011.
