Change shipping option order?

Anyone know how to change the order of the shipping options on the checkout page? I am using the USPS Simple plugin and not seeing an option to change the order option. I have had a customer today upset and cancel because the most expensive option was chosen at the top of the options on the check out page and she breezed right through without checking the shipping cost. I would like to “flip” the list so the cheapest one is on top, or manually position the option order. .
