Challonge Sign up

    Hi,

    I installed challonge on the website I’m working on and enabled hosting a sign up. When the sign up button is clicked, it redirects properly to the sign up page, but when I click on sign up nothing is happening, same goes for the tournament links when challonge widget is used.

    What can I do to resolve this issue?

    Hi,

    I still can’t get the sign up page to work, it’s showing as this – http://screencast.com/t/Z3FHgYuHB3
    It seems like the ‘sign up’ button is not functioning.

    I really hope you could help me with this issue as there’s no other plugin that has many capabilities such as this.

    My apologies, I’ve been preoccupied with other projects as of late. I’ll try to get back to working on this plugin this weekend.

    Are you using one of WordPress’s default themes? If not, does the Challonge plugin work when using an default theme?

    Most issues now are usually conflicts with other themes or plugins. If the Challonge plugin works nicely on a clean WP install, but not so well with all your themes and plugins installed, then there must be a conflict. If you could narrow down which theme or plugin it may be, that could help me tremendously on getting the issue resolved, or at very least identified.

    Hi @zavaboy,

    You’re right! I’ve tried using the default WordPress themes and it worked. It probably has a conflict with the current theme the website is using. It’s using Custom Salient Child Theme of Salient by ThemeNectar. I also tried deactivating the plugins but it still didn’t work, so it’s probably with theme it’s conflicting. I hope you could help me with this.
