• This shipping company sends an email like this:

But the tracking link (“enlace” on the email), uses neither of the numbers mentioned on the email:

The link is https://clientes.cbl-logistica.com/public/ConsultaEnvio.aspx?id=XXXXXX but XXXXX is never provided to the customer.

On my shop I use that XXXXXX because I know how to create the final URL, but I have to send it via order note, because your plugin does not create the direct link for CBL. I guess it is because that XXXXX is never really provided to the customer.

How do you normally tackle this? For me it would be great if you added that URL scheme, but I guess most users would not understand With the link does not work with any of the two numbers (“numero” and “referencia”) that are provided on the email, and that they need to get the code from the URL.

    Hi Marco,

    Thank you for reporting this.

We have added CBL Spain with the correct tracking URL. Please go to WooCommerce → Shipment Tracking → Shipping Carriers, click the top-right menu (⋮), and select “Sync Carriers”.

After syncing, the tracking link should work correctly.

    Best regards,
    Satish
