    The QSM plugin works as intended but crashes once I introduce the Category Variable into either the results page or email.

    I have a 20 question quiz that contains 3 Categories. In the results page, if i use %POINT_SCORE% so that the user can see their total score, then everything works as it should.

    However, once I try to use the %CATEGORY_POINTS_X% (where X is the category) in either the results page or email to the user, so that they can have a more detailed breakdown of the quiz, the plugin fails to work. In this instance the results page doesn’t show at all and/or they don’t receive an email at all.

    Has anyone had this issue? I’ve tried to find a workaround but can’t seem to pinpoint the issue in the first place?

    Hi Simon Thrive,

    This issue has been fixed in the latest plugin update. I request you to update QSM to its latest version (v7.3.12) and check.
    Do let me know if you still face the issue.
