It seems to display ok on wp 5.1.1. I did not test any of the edit functions.

Seems to be working fine in 5.1.1 with the latest PHP for me. Ran into trouble today adding a new category…just spins. Can Categories be added manually?

Try to disable all other plugins and then try adding a category. Let me know what happens.
