Hi, can you read the following thread. It might point to a solution in your case.
Thank you
I have disabled as much plugins as I felt comfortable with. Some plugins I am not comfortable disabling as I do not want the website to break (advanced custom fields for instance) and the problem still persists. I am also not in the position to change theme, we run a highly visible super professional website.
I did follow multiple threats about the problem and it seem like a lot of people have the same captcha issue. Perhaps you can start doing some testing around this yourself? As you are the plugin owner.
Thanks
Thank you for replying back.
I have done numerous test myself on a few live servers and locally in my laptop. All my test have come through as positive another words I can’t reproduce the errors some are experiencing. That is why I always point them to the same thread so they can also investigate further. This would determine if it is a plugin conflict, a theme conflict or maybe some settings in their server. Some have reported plugins conflicts.
My test also included using different versions of Apache, PHP and MySQL.
Hi There,
I have just experienced the exact same thing. Tried logging in as a standard subscriber user without entering Captcha details and it logged me in.
The only plugins that I have that I think (at face value) may conflict are:
– Wordfence
– Flatty – Flat Admin Theme (this currently doesn’t have a captcha feature)
– Running ThriveThemes
– Running ActiveMember360 membership plugin.
Regards,
Jason
PS: I have another Captcha plugin installed but not activated.
@jason can you start a new support thread.
Thank you
