I am looking at buying the pro version for a customer’s website however before doing want to make sure that if I bought it then it would deliver the required work.

Could you tell me if when creating an event you can make custom event fields such as ‘Training Provider’ that is already there to be clicked on rather than typing this in the text editor?

Finally, on the pro version am I capable of creating custom booking fields such as a ‘postcode’ of the person who will be attending the event so the customer can check if that postcode grants them access to the free training?

If both of the answers are yes, then also please provide some documentation or support and I will go ahead with the purchase 🙂

    Thanks in advance.

    Regards,
    Will

  • Hello,
About the event field, what do you need to do with adding a checkbox with ‘Training provider’?
I think this is part of the booking form. It submits the field and depending on that you can categorize the attendee as a training provider or normal attendee.

on the pro version am I capable of creating custom booking fields such as a ‘passcode’?

Yes at the booking form you can add booking fields as you wish and in your case, I think you have to add custom logic to check it is free based on the passcode.
You can find documentation about Event Manager at https://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/ and demo site at https://demo.wp-events-plugin.com/submit-your-event/

    Hi @chathuripxl

Just like the course title, date and time of the event I also need a ‘Training Provider’ selection but without using the inbuilt WordPress text editor.

The custom booking field for the end visitor needs to have a postcode field not a passcode but I understand where your coming from. So am I capable of adding a box to the booking area asking for their postcode?

Thanks for your support on this matter 🙂

    Hello,
Yes, you can add additional any kind of booking form field with Pro plugin.
You can check custom booking form fields at https://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/custom-booking-forms/
