Can’t log in

Hi!
I’ve been able to log into the staging site until today when I created a second user so that I could show the site to the client. That second user isn’t an admin, but a subscriber. Somehow the only login that works now is that one, which doesn’t give me any admin access. I’ve tried using the login at /wp-admin but that one won’t work, it tells me that I’m using the wrong Captcha. I’ve looked but don’t see where Captcha is enabled for logging into the dashboard.
