Your plugin only has over 200 words that can be translated, so blocks cannot be translated?

    Hello @yeqingwp
    Thank you for reaching out.

Sorry to hear that. Could you please let us know what exactly you’re trying to translate and which plugin you’re using?

    • Are you translating your website using WPML or a similar tool?
    • Or are you trying to translate our plugin dashboard into your language?

Kindly provide more details so we can guide you further.

    Best Regards,
    NexterWP Team.

Using the Loco plugin for translation, there is no effect after translation. We also use the Poedit.exe software for translation, but none of them work. The Poedit.exe software only detects two or more words that can be translated.

    Hello @yeqingwp
    Thank you for the update.

We have tested Loco Translate on our side, and it’s working fine with Nexter Blocks.
Please refer to this video: https://clips.posimyth.com/watch/b338d02a219ca90717b8

Also, the total number of strings is 2716. Refer to this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/XywvGGcmg23B

Could you please verify this on your end as well? Also, kindly share a screen recording of the process you’re following. You can use this Free Screen Recording Tool.

However, if we’re missing something here, please do let us know.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best Regards,
    NexterWP Team.

I used loco to translate Nexter Blocks, and it worked fine after testing. However, when Nexter Blocks Pro was enabled, the translation became ineffective. Of course, I am referring to the translation settings on the editing page

    Hello Divyang Chaudhary

Which version of PRO fixes this issue? I have updated to the latest version 4.5.4 of Pro, but the problem still exists.

@divyangposimyth Can you actually provide a link to that helpdesk so the user here can avoid asking you about the pro version here?
