Hi!
At the moment, it looks like I need an account in order to create a listing. Can you turn off that option, so I can give it a try? Otherwise, have you tried from another browser or computer, to see if it’s an issue with your browser? Also, can you check for any javascript errors? Here’s how:

Let me know what you turn up!

When I start the job submitting page the cursor appears like a second or so and then when the text tools appear I cannot access the text field. The text tools are clickable but that’s it.
I’ve send the Java errors to by e-mail.

Hi @ikarel !
I’ve send the Java errors to by e-mail.
Do you already have an open ticket with us, or have you purchased one of our add-ons? If yes, great, please do send us the javascript errors by email if you’d like. Otherwise, I suggest to take a screenshot of them and upload the image somewhere, and include a link here, *or* copy/paste it to here, if it isn’t a lot.

I’ve just made a ticket. I really hope you can help me out … My B2B page needs to be launched asap.

Hi! Did you get a response to your ticket? Just to close the loop here, do you have a ticket number for me, so I can check it?
Thanks!
This is more than likely due to JavaScript/jQuery errors on your site. If another plugin, theme, or custom code has a JavaScript error, this can prevent TinyMCE from initializing correctly.
You can view this by going to your submit listing page, clicking the F12 key on your keyboard (this will open developer tools). You will then need to click on the Console tab, go ahead and refresh the page (keeping the Developer Tools window open), and you should see some type of errors showing (normally in red).
Towards the right side of the Developer Tools window it should tell you the script file that has the error, hover your mouse over this to view the path to the script. If the script is actually output in the page’s HTML, it will say something like (index) or the name of the page. You can normally click on this to go to the code that has the issue.
Just something to check…
