Cannot update PRO plugin

    Dear David,

    I’m mailing with Vipul from MapSteps since June 28th and there’s still no solution for my poblem. Please see ticket QPK-LHMVX-580. I’m losing my trust and patience after two months of mailing and still not getting proper answers.

    Maybe you can help me personally because your external support desk clearly cannot solve my problem.

    Hey Scholto,

    I just had a look at your purchase records and it seems that you’ve placed your initial order on the 27th of April, 2023. After that, you’ve upgraded your license to the 5-site plan on January 31, 2024.

    The final license key upgrade to the unlimited plan was made on March 13, 2024.

    I have now extended your expiration date for the unlimited plan manually to match your most recent license key upgrade (+1 year of course). Your license should now be valid until March 13, 2025.

    I wonder if this is a bug in the Easy Digital Downloads software that we’re using as the expiration date was updated successfully on your first license key upgrade – but not the second one.

    I’ll definitely keep an eye on this.

    Also, thank you for pinging me here. I’ve talked to Vipul about this a couple weeks back but the ticket must have gotten closed by accident from what I can see.

    Everything should work as expected now. If not, please reply to this ticket 🙂
