Cannot set password

    Installed the wordpress plugin, went to Settings > Mopinion Feedback Form and it said to select country and set password. After doing those things and clicking “Save Changes” I get this error:

    Failed to create the resource (Unable to create deployment)

    Any ideas why this is doing this or how to fix?
