Cannot save changes in Virtue Theme

    Hi, I can’t save the changes I made to the Virtue Theme.
    For instance, once I uploaded my logo onto “Main Setting”, my earlier color changes in “Basic Styling” get overwritten and revert back to the default blue.
    The cycle of overwriting and superseding earlier changes kept repeating.
    Would you advise me on how to fix it?

    Hey,
    Do you know your php memory settings? It sounds like these need to be increased. Your host should be able to help you with this.

    I also have this problem… When I update the homepage it changes in the mobile version but not in the desktop one.
    I don’t know why, I have checked Theme Options looking for possible settings to change but no way it can get better…

    Someone knows why or how to solve this problem?

    Hey Andrea,
    Have you tried clearing your cache? Make sure you’re clearing your mobile cache as well.

    I cleared the cache everywhere but nothing changes… Than I added and removed after a few seconds after the saving and the problem disappeared.

    I don’t know why because adding an article is not related with the home page content, but for some reasons it works…

    Are you using a caching plugin? Sounds like the cache wasn’t fully clearing. Glad things are working now!
