Cannot Remove

Hi – I tried to follow the uninstall directions from a previous post, however those options do not exist for me, yet the plugin is still showing up under “drop in” plugins.

I have no file under: /wp-content > cache.php

I have no file under: /wp-content/plugins> «apcu»
